Eligibility Window

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items must be returned with a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number or email confirmation).

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

• To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.
